Nine people were injured on Kharkiv region in a day as a result of Russian strikes

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 24 settlements in Kharkiv region. Nine people were injured as a result of the strikes.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

In Zolochiv, a 33-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man were wounded. In Matviivka of the Bohodukhiv community, a 41-year-old man was wounded. In Momotove of the Vilkhivka community, two women aged 53 and 56 and two men aged 63 and 29 were injured. In Derhachi, two women aged 61 and 54 years recorded an acute stress reaction.

In Kurganne of the Vilkhuvatka community, a 67-year-old man suffered burns as a result of the explosion of an unknown device. Medics also provided assistance to a 69-year-old man who was wounded in Kupiansk on 4 August due to shelling.

Russian forces attacked Kharkiv region with two missiles, two guided aerial bombs (KAB), six Molniya-type UAVs, four FPV drones, and 67 other unmanned aerial vehicles, the types of which are being determined.

In Bohodukhiv district, a farm, two private houses, two shops, power lines, a vehicle, and an administrative building were damaged. In Kupiansk district, a private house was damaged.

In Izium district, a farm, four private houses, two grain storage facilities, and an administrative building were damaged. In Kharkiv district, a civilian enterprise, two apartment buildings, a vehicle, two private houses, an outbuilding, and several other private houses and vehicles were damaged.

In Lozova district, two warehouse buildings, a tractor, and power lines were damaged. In Chuhuiv district, a gas station, six private houses, and an outbuilding were damaged. In Berestyne district, a private house was damaged.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 68 people over the day. In total, since it opened, 51 083 people have been registered there.
