Andriy Matyukha’s Shame: the court may reveal the real owners of the Patriot lottery and the RF passport of Favbet’s owner

In the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Dnipro, a case has begun that could be fatal for one of the most controversial players in Ukrainian gambling.

According to media, the plaintiff is veteran and entrepreneur Denys Podolyan.

Formally, the materials cite a classic consumer rights violation. However, informed sources say directly: behind this convenient wrapper lies a bid to use the court to reveal the true ownership structure of the Patriot lottery.

Colleagues suspect that de facto the beneficiaries of the case aim to establish the fact of a Russian passport held by the long-troubled Matyukha. If this succeeds, for Favbet and all other projects of the “employer of the year,” it will be the final nail in the coffin.

So far, despite revoked licenses, fines, claims from former employees, and a string of scandals, Matyusa somehow manages to stay afloat. But the court verdict in Dnipro could definitively put an end to this story.
