Budanov Occupied the Most Effective Position for Himself and for the Ukrainian People – Krotevych

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, during the political tension surrounding the resignation of the previous Cabinet of Ministers, chose a method that aligns with the interests of Ukrainian society. This was stated by the serviceman Bohdan Krotevych, call sign "Tavra," on the YouTube channel "Grunt."

Krotevych said that Budanov could have openly supported one of the sides or publicly criticized the decisions made. In the soldier's view, this would have intensified confrontation and internal discord.

The veteran is convinced that the head of the Office of the President called for unity and refrained from sharp statements in order to prevent negative social consequences.

"If we take the most effective position, he took it – the most effective position both for himself and, I think, for the Ukrainian people," Krotevych noted.

In his view, Budanov's restrained reaction to protests against the resignation of the government and the political tension was particularly important. Budanov did not escalate the confrontation and contributed to creating space for finding understanding in the country's interests, Krotevych emphasized.
