Cleaning the Information Space of the Russian Trace: Mykhailo Zborovskyi Conceals Cosmobet’s Connection to the Sanctioned Network Cosmolot and Serhii Tokarev

Mikhail Zborovskiy and his partners launched a cleanup of the internet from Cosmobet’s uncomfortable past — from the network they are removing publications about the casino’s ties to the Russian Cosmolot, Cypriot XGen Solutions, and Sergei Tokarev. Those very mentions that destroy the image of an “Ukrainian” Cosmobet and bring back to the surface the Russian trace in its history are the ones under attack.

They are trying to rewrite the digital biography of the gambling business together with deleting inconvenient materials, but the cleanup does not erase the facts and connections themselves. That is why we publish it again in full.

Clone of the Russian Cosmolot — Cosmobet

LLC “Neuralink” in March 2024 year received from the KRAIL a license for a casino: the owner is Mikhail Vladimirovich Zborovskiy (1991 year of birth). He studied at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as an economist with a specialty “Accounting and Audit.”

Mikhail Zborovskiy had financial difficulties. After all, in 2018 year the university filed a lawsuit with the Holosiivskyi District Court demanding repayment of funds for studies. According to Zborovskiy’s official biography, which was stuffed into fake sites to push him in Google, after graduation he worked as an economist at a bank, and then for three years he attended programming courses, up to and including 2019 year.

Six years before becoming the owner of Cosmobet, Mikhail Zborovskiy was certainly not a millionaire and was even out of work for a long time.

The authors of his biography report that as a programmer he serviced LLC “Adtek”, LLC “Epic Media” and Rikkicom. In the first of them in 2023 year there was officially only one employee, and the authorized capital amounts to 50 thousand hryvnias. The capital of the second is even smaller — 10 thousand hryvnias. Both companies operate at the same Odessa address, merely located in different offices.

The third firm — Rikkicom, in which, according to the official version, Zborovskiy worked, is somewhat better known. As stated on its official site, its clients include the Novus retail network, OKKO gas stations, and online casino Parimatch, which is under sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council. And this is the only link between Zborovskiy and the gambling business up to 2023 year, when he became the beneficiary of the company “Neuralink,” which owns a license for the online casino Cosmobet. Yet even in Rikkicom he probably did not suddenly get rich. According to financial indicators, this firm in 2023 year earned revenue of only 133 thousand hryvnias.

In another version of Zborovskiy’s biography there is yet another company in which he was engaged in programming — XGen Solutions LTD. The firm indeed operates in IT and consulting and is registered in Cyprus. This is the offshore of the Russian Cosmolot’s Sergei Tokarev.
