Operational beer brewery near Kyiv put up for sale along with bars and brand for $1,45 million

In Fastiv district of Kyiv region, a 100% stake in an active production business — a craft beer brewery Makarska Pivovarnya (Makar Beer) — is up for sale. The object's value is estimated at $1,45 million.

The enterprise was commissioned 8 years ago. According to the seller, the brewery is fully equipped, has all necessary licenses, permitting documentation and certification for beer production in Ukraine and does not require additional investments.

Key parameters of the production complex:

Real estate and land: privatized land plot of 17 sotkas, total area of production and warehouse facilities — 1500 m².

Production capacity: up to 80 tons of beer per month.

Technology cycle: full production cycle (brewing department, CCT, fermentation tanks, water treatment system, sanitation equipment, keg and glass bottle filling line).

Expansion potential: there is a possibility to install a pasteurization line to increase shelf life and expand the assortment.

The lot also includes rights to the Makar Beer brand along with an established distribution network across Ukraine and two operating branded bars in Kyiv.

Additionally, the facility possesses significant tourism and recreational potential, as the brewery is located in a picturesque area by a lake and pine forest.

On the territory of the complex is a historic mill, built in 1905 year by the landlord Haietski, which adds uniqueness to the object and opens up prospects for developing a tourism or restaurant direction.

For reference, it was previously reported that a wine production plant in Odesa region was put up for a second auction after the starting price of the "Kotovsk winery" halved.
