Head of the State Property Fund will appoint the deputy head of his charitable foundation as his deputy

The post of deputy head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine is set to be held by 28-year-old Vladyslav Davidov, who has long been associated with the current head of the SPFU, Dmytro Natalukha. This is reported by Glavkom, citing the declarations registry.

Since the end of March 2022, Davidov has chaired the Pax Ukraina charity foundation, the ultimate beneficiary of which remains the head of the SPFU. In addition, in the IX convocation of the Verkhovna Rada, Vladyslav Davidov served as an assistant to MP Dmytro Natalukha on a public basis and on a paid basis. In particular, in 2025 year he declared 386,4 thousand hryvnias in salary paid by the Affairs Administration of the Verkhovna Rada.

Furthermore, last year, the candidate for the deputy head position of the SPFU earned 4,3 million hryvnias in income from entrepreneurial activity. According to the analytical system YouControl, in March 2025 Davidov opened a private entrepreneur (FOP) that specializes in consulting on commercial activities and management.

As of 12 August, the head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Natalukha, has four deputies and a head of the apparatus on staff.

Earlier, Natalukha said that an audit of the State Property Fund revealed widespread problems in the governance of state assets. According to him, more than half of the enterprises on the Fund’s balance sheet exist in reality only on paper, and many strategic assets have accumulated significant debts over the years, complicating their privatization.
