За результатами дослідження, проведеного Київським міжнародним інститутом соціології в координації з Лейк Ресеч Партнерс та Каракоюн Стретеджіз, у 2015 році найефективнішою була антикорупційна діяльність громадських організацій (ГО) та засобів масової інформації (ЗМІ). Такі показники пов’язані з тим, що в умовах бездіяльності правоохоронних органів та судів в боротьбі з корупцією, громадський контроль і суспільний тиск стали найбільш дієвими інструментами очищення влади від корупціонерів. Важливу роль у виявленні корупціонерів відіграли публікація майнових декларацій відповідно до Закону «Про очищення влади» та відкриття реєстрів нерухомості, землі та авто, які дозволяють перевірити наявність ознак корупції в деклараціях про майнових стан посадових та службових осіб.

Розуміючи це, громадські організації, які визначають своїм пріоритетом на 2016 рік моніторинг та аналіз декларацій про доходи, майно, витрати та зобов’язання фінансового характеру, прийняли рішення про формування коаліції заради очищення органів державної влади від корупціонерів. Діяльність коаліції отримала повну підтримку парламентського антикорупційного комітету, який за ініціативи Голови Єгора Соболєва має стати потужним майданчиком для боротьби з виявленими ГО та ЗМІ корупціонерами.

У прес-конференції та урочистому підписанні меморандуму про коаліцію візьмуть участь:
