"Ukrposhta" launched integration with Etsy: what changed for Ukrainian sellers

"Ukrposhta" 19 launched a technical integration with the international marketplace Etsy in August for the sale of handmade goods, craft products, artworks, and vintage items, which will simplify international shipping for businesses.

Ukrainian sellers can now create international shipments without duplicating data.

What changes for sellers

After connecting an Etsy shop to the Ukrposhta personal account, data about new orders is automatically received by the system. The seller does not need to manually copy the recipient's address, contact details, or package contents description.

The integration functionality allows:

automatically importing orders from Etsy;

creating international shipments without re-entering data;

automatically sending the tracking number to the marketplace after creating the shipment;

printing labels from the "Personal account";

paying for shipping online;

using cumulative discounts on international shipments;

returning shipments free of charge in case they are undeliverable.

Recall that in June Ukrposhta signed a direct agreement with one of the world's largest marketplaces — the company Etsy. Now the Ukrainian postal company becomes an official partner of this platform in Ukraine.
