Honcharuk submitted a resignation letter: document

Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk submitted his letter of resignation from the post of head of government.

This was reported by the Telegram channel "Pravda Kachuri," which published a photo of the letter itself.

The document states that Honcharuk wrote the letter on 3 March 2020 of the year.

It is also known that Minister of Finance Oksana Markarova will lose her position. “She is already preparing to leave; the question of her resignation has been resolved. Her place may be taken by Ihor Umansky,” explained one of the members of parliament.

They will retain their posts: Justice Minister Denys Maliuska, Education Minister Hanna Novosad, Infrastructure Minister Vladyslav Kryklii, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov (though he is being tipped for the post of Deputy Prime Minister for Defense), and Minister of Economic Development Tymofiy Mylovanov (whose work is personally appreciated by Volodymyr Zelensky).

As Oleksandr Dubinsky, a lawmaker from Servant of the People, writes on his Telegram channel, Head of the Customs Service Maksym Nefyodov will also lose his position.

Positions in other ministries are also vacant – Health, the Ministry for Veterans Affairs, the Ministry of Regional Development, and the Ministry of Social Policy (head of the social policy committee Halyna Tretiakova was being tipped for this post, but she declined).

Oleksiy Reznikov may become the new minister for occupied territories. It is not yet known whether ministers Dmytro Dubilet and Mykhailo Fedorov will lose their portfolios.
