Zelensky formed a working group to establish a tribunal over Russia's aggression

Ukraine has formed a working group to study the issue of creating a special international tribunal regarding the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

This is reported in the corresponding decree published on the website of the Office of the President.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky formed a group aimed at ensuring proper international investigation and accountability for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

Therefore, to develop and prepare proposals for the creation of a special international tribunal, the group decided to add the following members:

Andriy Yermak - head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, head of the group;

Andriy Smirnov - deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;

Oleh Havrysh - chief consultant of the organizational work department of the president's office;

Oksana Zolotaryova - director of the Department of International Law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;

Oleksandr Karasevich - general director of the directorate for foreign policy and strategic partnership of the Office of the President of Ukraine;

Oleksandr Kachura - Member of Parliament of Ukraine;

Olena Kovalska - head of the president's office administration;

Anton Korynevych - ambassador-at-large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;

Andriy Kostin - Prosecutor General;

Dmytro Kuleba - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;

Denys Maliuzhka - Minister of Justice of Ukraine;

Denys Maslov - head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on legal policy, member of Parliament;

Maria Mezentseva - member of Parliament;

Andriy Sibiga - deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;

Oleksandra Ustynova - member of Parliament;

Olena Khomenko - member of Parliament.

The working group is to develop and submit proposals regarding the creation of a special international tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
