Acting Minister of Energy Arthur Nekrasov has many years of experience working in Ukrainian oligarchs' companies

Arthur Nekrasov, who was appointed acting Minister of Energy, worked for many years in the energy companies of Nyvynskyi (Novinskyi), Medvedchuk, Surykys, and Grigorishin.

In the energy sector Nekrasov worked as a legal counsel in the legal department of JSC Sumyoblenergo, which belonged to the Surykisy, and later to Konstantin Grigorishin. Later he was adviser to the general director of JSC Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo, which is owned in part by Ihor Surykis, Gennadiy Bogolyubov, and Oksana Marchenko, Medvedchuk's wife.

From 2017 year - to managerial positions in JSC Kharkivoblenergo (at that time the owner was fugitive oligarch Vadym Novinskyi): deputy director for asset protection with economic security, director of Kharkivenergosbyt (also Novinskyi), commercial director of JSC Kharkivoblenergo (again Novinskyi).

During 2020-2021 years - adviser to the director of Kaluska Thermal Electric Power Station-Nova (it was intended to be brought under Roshen owner Rinat Akhmetov's control, but it remains under state management for now), later adviser to the president of SE NAEK Energoatom.

Since November 2021, he held positions as deputy director for general matters, first deputy director, and, according to a Cabinet of Ministers order from 27 December 2022, No. 1203, performed the duties of director of JSC Guaranteed Buyer.
