Yaroslavsky is not exiting from the shareholders of the 'XXI Century'.

Businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky does not plan to exit the shareholders of XXI Century Investments, the holding company of the developer group 'XXI century', his adviser Elena Derevyanko told Kommersant. Another co-owner of 'XXI century' Oleg Salmin also stated that he does not plan to leave the company. These statements by the shareholders followed the report of 'XXI century', published on Monday on the LSE. The document stated that the shareholders failed to agree on attracting financing, and therefore the risk of the developer's failure to meet its obligations as payment terms come due remains. By the way, trading of 'XXI century' shares on the LSE was suspended on 27 September. Now 58,2% of XXI Century shares are controlled by Ovaro Holding Ltd, which, in turn, on parity, is owned by Mr. Yaroslavsky and Salmin. Another 7,7% of shares are owned by Renaissance Group.
