Explosion at a pharmacy in Lviv: a man killed, another injured is being sought

In Lviv, where recently a conscripted man killed a service member of the Territorial Defense, an explosion occurred in the premises of a pharmacy, resulting in the death of a man. About the incident, which occurred on Trakt Hlynianskyi Street in the near 7 morning 23 August, stated city council deputy Ihor Zinkevych. According to preliminary information, the deceased was a pharmacist. All emergency services are at the scene — rescuers, police, and medical personnel. It is known that another man who could have been inside the premises at the moment of the detonation is being searched for. The causes of the explosion are currently unknown. Investigators are considering several versions, including equipment malfunction or careless handling of substances that could have caused ignition. The pharmacy is located in a residential area, and residents report a strong rumble and smoke visible from surrounding buildings. This is not the first emergency in Lviv in recent months. Earlier, FACTI reported that a young Lviv resident committed a deadly traffic accident and confessed to killing his mother.
