As a result of the strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv, three people were killed preliminarily, and eight more people, among them the injured, were evacuated by rescue units.

This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, Oleh Synyohubov.

"We are eliminating the consequences of the enemy strike on the outskirts of Kharkiv. There is preliminary information about three dead. At present, rescue and emergency units have saved and evacuated eight people, among whom are the injured. They are hospitalized. Medical assistance is being provided to everyone," he wrote on Telegram.

Synyohubov noted that medical workers and rescuers are still conducting a sweep of the area to identify any possible victims.

"The elimination of the consequences of the strike is ongoing. All emergency services are operating at the scene," he added.
