“Big car dealers are about to lose a lot of clients right now (because of the bill’s passage — ed.). They just voted on a bill that reduces all taxes on used cars from Europe. We wanted this law to be enacted now, but they were blocking it so it would take effect from 2017 year. Parubiy 4 times put this bill to a vote. The law has been adopted in full.
