The Ukrainian national basketball team lost its captain for the match against Montenegro

Playmaker of Latvian Rīgas Zeļļi Denis Lukashov will not help the Ukrainian national team in the game against Montenegro. This was reported by Hlavkom with reference to the official website of the FBU.

The captain of the blue-and-yellows left the team camp for personal reasons. Ahead of the World Cup qualifying game 2027 the 13 players continue to prepare. Ukraine’s head coach Ainars Bagatskis will choose a dozen players for the roster before the game.
