Євген Пасічник зареєстрований в місті Лиман Донецької області. Він став власником у 2023 році. Попередні бенефіціари компанії були з Донецька та Бахмута. Вони володіли фірмою з 2019 року. До цього у власниках значилися кияни.

Центр публічних розслідувань зауважував , що до листопада 2023 року одним зі співвласників компанії був Олег Станкевич, який із 2014 року володіє ТОВ «Піднебесся». Журналісти звертали увагу, що таким чином компанія, пов’язана з юридичною особою, зареєстрованою на окупованій території. Пані встигла попрацювати головним бухгалтером в низці цікавих компаній. Так, одна з компаній, де Любов Миколаївна працювала головбухом, ТОВ «Перший український експертний центр». Про цю фірму ще в 2015 році згадувало в розслідуванні « Слідство.Інфо ». Також фірму згадують в матеріалі 2024 року «Злобудовник Києва» від ОПЗЖ» . Автори повʼязують фірму з Ігорем Кушніром, головою правління – президентом компанії «Київміськбуд».

Інша фірма, де Любов Деньга працювала головбухом, ТОВ «РД ГАЗ» . Цю компанію повʼязують з корпоративною групою «Буд Холдінг Лімітед» , ключовою особою якої, за даними YouControl, є Мармуляк Дмитро Іванович .

Як Ігор Кушнір повʼязаний з Дмитром Мармуляком ще у 2021 році розповідали «Наші гроші».

Останній, у свою чергу, ще до повномасштабного російського вторгнення громадські активісти звинувачували у причетності до фінансування російських терористичних угруповань на Донбасі».

Членом наглядової (спостережної) ради банку Мармуляк дійсно був, відповідно до «Річної інформації емітента цінних паперів за 2016 рік».

Цікаво також, що у 2024 році ТОВ «Будівельна компанія «Атлантікс» подавало на торги інформацію про оренду техніки. Доволі широкий перелік техніки орендували у фірми « СПЕЦТЕХПОСЛУГА ». Керівник фірми є учасником ОСББ з того самого міста Лиман.
