People's Deputy of the VIII convocation from "Svoboda" (2014–2019). Commandant of the "Ukrainian House" during the Revolution of Dignity. After leaving "Svoboda" in 2019, he founded the party "Narodovladdia", ran for mayor of Kyiv. A consistent opponent of Klitschko and Zelensky. On October 6, 2017, he ignited a smoke grenade near the Verkhovna Rada podium in an attempt to disrupt the vote on the presidential bill regarding the "peaceful settlement" in the occupied territories of Donbas.
