23-year-old daughter of Viktor and Olena Pinchuk, Kateryna, and also the granddaughter of former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma, arrived in Kyiv and attended the annual Yalta European Strategy (YES) meeting organized by her father's foundation, according to a correspondent for Glavkom.

As is known, Kateryna Pinchuk currently lives in the United States and studies at Yale University — one of the most prestigious American universities that is part of the Ivy League. The elder daughter of the Pinchuks was among the event guests; she wore a YES participant badge.

According to open sources, Kateryna was born in June 2003. She is the elder of the two common daughters of Viktor and Olena Pinchuk. Her younger sister Veronika was born in 2011.

Kateryna Pinchuk first appeared in public as a child. In 2007, five-year-old Katya was photographed by journalists during Elton John's charitable concert in Kyiv. The girl was photographed together with her mother Olena Pinchuk.

Also in July 2012 she, together with her family, attended the final match of the European Championship football tournament at the Olympic National Sports Complex in Kyiv. In the published photos at that time, next to the girl were her father Viktor Pinchuk and Viktor Pinchuk's father Mykhailo.

After that, Kateryna virtually did not appear in the public space.

It is worth noting that the Pinchuk family has four children: Maria, Roman, Kateryna, and Veronika. The common children of Viktor and Olena are Kateryna and Veronika; Maria is Viktor's daughter from his first marriage, and Roman is Olena's son from her first marriage.

As a reminder, 11–12 in September in Kyiv, the annual Yalta European Strategy (YES) meeting took place, organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. This year's conference slogan was the phrase “Peace through strength now.” Participants discussed the course of the Russian-Ukrainian war and its prospects for ending, the security of Ukraine and Europe, the development of defense technologies, economic recovery, and further European integration of Ukraine. Among the participants were Ukrainian and foreign politicians, government representatives, military personnel, diplomats, businessmen, and experts. Last year YES's main theme was the question, “How to end the war?”.
