Hero of Ukraine Borys Kharchuk Became a Public Environmental Inspector of the Polissia District

17 September at the State Environmental Inspectorate of the Polissia district, a special event for the team took place – the head of the Inspectorate, Yevheniy Mudvedovskiy, solemnly presented the certificate of a public environmental inspector to Hero of Ukraine Borys Kharchuk.

This certificate is not just a document that grants the corresponding powers within the framework of the law. Primarily, it is a recognition of a person’s willingness to join the protection of nature and to treat environmental preservation with responsibility.

Borys Kharchuk is a person for whom responsibility to Ukraine has long ceased to be merely a word. Hero of Ukraine, defender, a person with extensive life and professional experience, he continues to be active in public life and is ready to apply his authority and experience to the benefit of the cause.

A special place in Borys Kharchuk’s life is given to nature. He is a hunter in several generations, well knows the forest, and understands that the use of natural resources is impossible without responsible attitude toward them. That is why his decision to join public control in the field of environmental protection is quite natural.

During the meeting, Yevheniy Mudvedovskiy introduced Borys Kharchuk to the Inspectorate staff and emphasized the importance of public involvement in protecting the environment.
