10 September in Kyiv, the final of the third season of the Generation H accelerator by SET University and the Tokarev Foundation for startups in the medical technology sector took place. The main prize €15 thousand was awarded to the AtriaPRM team, which automates doctors’ work with medical documentation using artificial intelligence. Another €5 thousand by audience vote went to Enhance Your Ability – a platform for children who do not use verbal speech.
AtriaPRM’s solution converts diagnostic reports, test results, and consultation records into structured data. This helps partially automate clinical processes, patient communication, and treatment coordination. Enhance Your Ability, in turn, unites alternative communication tools, educational content, and support for parents, therapists, and schools working with children with special needs.
The final also included:
TomoPulse, which analyzes data from digital tomosynthesis breast X-ray imaging for diagnosis;
OBRIY, which combines a licensed clinic, telemedicine, AI triage, and a single patient medical record;
PRM, which helps patients perform exercises prescribed by a physical therapist.
The teams completed a ten-week program, which for this season was opened to participants from outside Ukraine for the first time. Mentors included Fergus O’Dwyer (FIRE1, Keimon Medical), Erik Henry (King & Spalding), Alexia Sinyachova (Moeco, Techstars), and Volodymyr Nerubenko (TerraLab, Lab24).

“Healthtech in Ukraine is no longer an experiment but an industry with its own leaders that are already expanding beyond the country. This is exactly the type of founders we were looking for. And that is why Generation H exists – we want the whole world to believe in Ukrainian healthtech as we do,” said Yevheniia Klepa, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at SET University.
Generation H launched in 2024 year as a national platform for developing the healthtech ecosystem in Ukraine. Since then, more than 30 startups and over 60 mentors and lecturers joined the program. Alumni participated in IT Arena, EIT Jumpstarter, Google for Startups, and TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, collectively attracting over 11 million UAH in investments.
“My main call to the teams: be more ambitious. Ukraine today is innovation under pressure. We create solutions that are needed not only by us but by the world. Therefore it is important to learn to combine social impact with a business model,” emphasized Anastasia Dieva, CEO of Tokarev Foundation.
The Foundation works with technological projects in various fields. But in healthtech, as Sergey Tokarev notes, the result has a special value.
“We talk about healthtech, but really – about life. Because here success is measured not only by a company’s rating, revenue, or number of users. Sometimes it is about a person who can walk again, a doctor who can save a patient, a family that gains another chance. That is why we created Generation H. And I want the next great healthtech company in the world to be born in Ukraine,” said Sergey Tokarev, founder of the Tokarev Foundation and co-founder of SET University.
