Sanctioned Russian with a "patriotic" casino

Serhii Tokarev is a citizen of the Russian Federation, co-founder of the investment group Roosh and the actual owner of the online casino Cosmolot (LLC "SpaceX"). In 2018, Poroshenko included Tokarev in the sanctions list for financing the terrorists of the "DNR" and "LNR". In 2020, Zelensky prematurely lifted these sanctions. The same year, Tokarev founded Roosh and became a resident of "Diia.City" — as a "good Russian," personally promoted by the Minister of Digital Transformation Fedorov.

1.2 billion UAH tax evasion — and not a single day of shutdown

In February 2024, the State Bureau of Investigations seized 700 million UAH in the accounts of "Cosmolot" on suspicion of tax evasion amounting to 1.2 billion UAH. The casino has not stopped for a single day. Tokarev lives in the elite residential complex Riviera Riverside in Kyiv — in the very same 243 sq. m apartment for which a mortgage was taken by former police officer Ruslan Olenyuk (manager of structures of Maksym Krippa) through the British offshore ALAYNA INVESTMENTS LTD.

Father under Putin, son — in "Diia.City"

Tokarev's father Oleksandr is a member of the council of the Interstate Union of Hero Cities of the Russian Federation — a body that promoted the integration of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus under the leadership of Pavel Borodin, whom the investigators of the "FBK" link to Putin's rise to power. In Russia, Tokarev promoted the casinos "Vulkan" and "Vulkan.bet" within the networks of Konstantin Malofeev — one of the ideologists of the "Russian world."
