The company "Budinvest Engineering" paid out budget funds and then even signed new contracts. All this after media investigations and SAP’s case opening.

He wrote a parliamentary appeal to the Ministry of Infrastructure.

"Despite the publicity around the scandalous asphalt contract worth 1,5 billion UAH with fitness trainer Reznychenko and Holyk, which became known in November 2022, the Zelensky administration still continued to generously pay budget funds to the company "Budinvest Engineering," which it owns. Dozens of millions of hryvnias were siphoned from the budget, even more, new contracts were concluded!" — noted the parliamentarian.

Recall that earlier journalists from Schemes published an investigation stating that the then-head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration Reznychenko’s girlfriend received 2,3 billion for road repairs in the region.

SAP opened a case after the journalistic investigation.

Also, journalists from the program "Schemes" established that Reznychenko, his girlfriend, fitness trainer Yana Khlanta and Yuriy Holyk, who is a consultant of "Great Construction", together make international flights.
