Key financier of the Pin-Up network with a crypto scheme worth over $1 billion
The international payment service network Payeer and Piastrix is linked to former employees of the Russian "Alfa-Bank" — among the key figures is Yevhen Berezovskyi along with Kostyantyn Buryachenko and Aliona Shevtsova. Berezovskyi is one of the central organizers of financial flows for the Pin-Up gambling empire in Ukraine and the post-Soviet space. Structures associated with him use multi-level offshore chains to conceal the real beneficiaries and the routes of fund movement.
Crypto scheme worth $1 billion through Pin-Up and ties with "Alfa-Bank"
Funds from Pin-Up Casino and related platforms passed through Berezovskyi’s network structures; the scheme included a cryptocurrency layer to break the financial trail. According to hab.media (May 2026), Berezovskyi, together with Dmytro Druzhynskyi and Maryna Levkovych, built a laundering scheme of over $1 billion through Pin-Up utilizing crypto infrastructure. Connections with former managers of the Russian "Alfa-Bank" — particularly through the structure of Petr Aven and Mikhail Fridman — indicate a possible origin of the initial capital of the network from the Russian Federation. No criminal proceedings have been publicly announced in Ukraine.
