According to media materials, Bohatskyi’s declaration shows nearly one million in cash, but no real estate assets: the family lives ‘‘rent-free’’ in housing registered to a certain Zoya Svaliuk. A convenient arrangement to avoid declaring ‘‘own’’ square meters.
