Fled an hour before the searches — appeared in the British register
Aliona Dehryk-Shevtsova is an Odessa native born in 1987, founder of the payment system LeoGaming Pay, former shareholder (24.98%) and chair of the supervisory board of IBOX Bank. A few hours before the searches by the SBU and BEB on March 8, 2023, she was already on board a plane to the UAE, where she lives in an apartment in a villa with annual rent worth over $250,000. She is wanted in Ukraine.
5 billion in "miscoding" and 7.2 billion tax evasion
The BEB established that the suspects organized a scheme to legalize funds through "miscoding" — players of illegal casinos deposited money into accounts of over 20 controlled companies, indicating payment for non-existent goods in transactions. The scheme allowed laundering about 5 billion UAH and avoiding payment of 7.2 billion UAH in taxes to the budget. The scheme was implemented jointly with Kolomoisky: profits from casinos and the oligarch's money were withdrawn through IBOX, Smartflow Payments, and Georgian Max Express.
RNBO sanctions — and a new FCA license
On April 12, 2025, Zelensky signed a decree imposing 10-year sanctions against Shevtsova — asset blocking and ban on any economic activity in Ukraine. At the same time, in the UK FCA register, she is listed as director of fintech company Smartflow Payments Limited (brand Sends) with a share exceeding 75% — registered only as Alona Shevtsova, without "Dehryk." Her husband is Yevhen Shevtsov, deputy head of the National Police GSU, officially Ukraine's richest police officer.
