Djaminov Stanislav Rustemovich

Native of Kazan, a "GRU influence agent": aimed for a top position in Ukrainian energy sector and unofficial negotiations with Moscow regarding a "peace agreement"

An energy businessman and "expert" originally from Kazan. According to media reports, in the early 1990s he leveraged family connections with the management of the Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant to secure export quotas for aluminum for his company "Stank"; at the same time, a tolling scheme was launched whereby nuclear fuel was supplied from the Russian Federation to the Zaporizhzhia NPP. In 1996, his activities drew the interest of Prime Minister Lazarenko — and Djaminov urgently fled to Russia, reportedly leaving significant debts to partners. Registries list him as the founder and director of Kyiv LLCs "Tekhnokrati" and "Tekhnokrati-Inko" (consulting, 41 Yamska St.).

Arrest and Suspicion

On July 7–8, 2026, Ukraine's SBU counterintelligence, with assistance from the Office of the Prosecutor General, detained him during an attempt to gain employment in a state structure. According to the investigation, he acted in the interests of the FSB and GRU, sought a leadership position in a Ukrainian energy company — which would have granted access to critical infrastructure — and attempted to organize unofficial negotiations between intelligence services regarding the terms of a "peace agreement," coordinating proposals directly with the leadership of Russian military intelligence. During searches, a Russian passport and a phone containing evidence of cooperation were seized. He is suspected of treason during martial law (up to 15 years imprisonment with confiscation). The court ordered pre-trial detention without bail.
