Dovbenko Andriy Mykolayovych is a lawyer, advocate, venture investor, managing partner of Evris Invest. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2007). He worked at PwC and Ernst & Young, then as a partner at the Cypriot Andreas Neocleous & Co.

Journalistic investigations characterize Dovbenko as the "overseer" of the Ministry of Justice during Poroshenko's presidency — a person who informally controlled key decisions of the department. In 2019, a scandal erupted due to his wedding in Saint-Tropez (France): the then head of the Presidential Office Andriy Bohdan attended the ceremony — clearly illustrating Dovbenko's level of connections in the new authorities.

NABU: UAH 500 million in fraud related to seized property and wanted status

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau uncovered an organized crime group involved in schemes with seized property amounting to nearly UAH 500 million. Dovbenko was declared the organizer and placed on the wanted list. In January 2023, he announced his readiness to cooperate with the investigation — while being in London.
