In April 2024, at the same address, he registered LLC "Bohemius+" — the rights holder of the U420, Joint Point, and Green State trademarks. According to OpenDataBot, Druzhynskyi is connected to approximately 79 companies — a typical sign of a "mass registrar" in corporate schemes.

Shared address with lawyers and drug scheme

At the same address is registered LLC "Vinnytsia Center for Substitution Maintenance Therapy," founded by the law office of Maksym Sviatnenko — a lawyer controlling over 20 companies, including Metapharm (licensed for drug circulation) and a network of methadone clinics across Ukraine. On April 14, 2026, the National Police conducted mass searches in U420 stores nationwide. Criminal proceedings were opened under articles concerning the creation of a criminal organization, drug trafficking, and money laundering.
