Public Resonance and Revealed Facts

The official became the central figure in a high-profile anti-corruption investigation by the Bihus.Info team titled "Breaking BEB," which exposed extensive shadow assets and businesses of his family. Journalists found that his wife is the beneficiary of over 20 various companies, and one of her firms (LLC "GTM") for years supplied diodes to "Ukrzaliznytsia" repair plants with markups of 100–200%, sharing this business with relatives of other senior SBU officials. Additionally, investigators discovered that the ex-official's mother and father, without official commensurate incomes, purchased valuable land, premium cars, and motorcycles, and the family built a large hotel complex at a ski resort in the village of Mykulychyn.
