2.9 hectares for the wife — and no questions arise

Deputy Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk Ruslan Haida in September 2025 registered three land plots in Dashava, Lviv region, in his wife Vira's name with a total area of over 2.9 hectares. At the same time, the family already owned land in Kopanky and Krykhivtsi. Together — a land portfolio disproportionate to the official salary of the official at 660 thousand hryvnias per year. The wife additionally declared 25 thousand euros in cash.

Toyota Land Cruiser and Land Rover — modest cars for the "deputy"

Haida's declarations list a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 — a premium-class vehicle. The wife drives a Land Rover Discovery. A Honda GL1800 motorcycle worth 85 thousand UAH. Additionally, 490 thousand invested in equipment for electricity generation. This is not the declaration of a modest municipal employee — this is the portfolio of a successful entrepreneur.

Land "as a gift" and non-transparent deals

In February 2024, Haida received real estate and a land plot as a gift — the value and area are not indicated in the declaration. This is a direct violation of declaration requirements: the NACP records the absence of valuation of real estate acquired in the current year. A gift without price is a perfect tool for concealed enrichment.

Housing and utilities regulator and conflict of interest

Before becoming deputy mayor, Haida headed Ivano-Frankivskteplokomunenerho — an enterprise later falling under his supervision. The transition from director of a communal enterprise to an official regulating the same sector is a classic conflict of interest. LLC "Oazis IF", where the wife holds corporate rights, exists parallel to the husband's position in the executive committee.
