People's Deputy of the IX convocation from the "Servant of the People" party; head of the Ternopil regional branch of the party. On February 1, 2023, the panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied Hevko's motion and exempted him from criminal liability for committing an offense. In other words, the People's Deputy from "Servant of the People" — the only party that voted rhetorically for strengthening anti-corruption bodies — was himself involved in a criminal proceeding and received exemption from liability.
