People's Deputy of the VIII–IX convocations from the "For the Future" group — convicted by the High Anti-Corruption Court for lying in the declaration, numerous NACP violations

People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII and IX convocations, member of the "For the Future" group, subject of an anti-corruption investigation. On March 30, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court found her guilty of inaccurate declaration: in the 2020 declaration, Konstankevych did not disclose a rented apartment in the center of Kyiv valued at about 2.5 million UAH; the court fined her 44,200 UAH and imposed a one-year ban on holding positions related to state functions. Besides the apartment, the NACP established that she incorrectly reported the area of real estate in Lutsk, concealed the value of her husband's corporate rights in a law firm, insurance payments to him amounting to 118,278 UAH, and multiple family bank accounts — while receiving state compensation for renting the same undeclared apartment.

Voting for the destruction of NABU/SAP despite her own conviction by the anti-corruption court

On July 22, 2025, Konstankevych voted "for" draft law No. 12414, which established the dependence of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) on the Prosecutor General — effectively abolishing the independence of the anti-corruption bodies that directly handled her case. She was one of at least 17 deputies who are subjects of NABU or High Anti-Corruption Court proceedings and simultaneously supported this law.
