Member of the Kyiv Regional Council Leonid Hlynianyi is a key figure in a five-year corporate fraud case involving the Bila Tserkva tire manufacturer LLC "Premiori." According to investigation materials and court decisions, Hlynianyi was the initiator and beneficiary of the raider scheme. The legitimate investor formally won in the Supreme Court — but did not gain actual control over the factory due to interference from "necessary" judges and prosecutors.
After losing the corporate rights case in the Supreme Court, Hlynianyi did not retreat. On March 7, 2025, the creditor "Invest Transfer," controlled by him, initiated bankruptcy proceedings against "Premiori." A judge of the Economic Court of Kyiv region satisfied the application within 4 working days — a record speed. The aim: to gain control through bankruptcy procedure after losing in court. Raider takeover through bankruptcy.
Case materials note "interference in economic relations by certain corrupt investigators, prosecutors, and judges." Not merely bribery of individuals — but a systematic network that ensures business is wrested from lawful owners. The Kyiv regional council deputy uses his mandate and influence network as a weapon against the enterprise and its owners.
While the lawful owner fights in courts for years, the factory stands idle and does not operate. Each month of downtime means losses, debts, and equipment degradation. This is exactly what the raider seeks: to exhaust the owner to the point where he voluntarily abandons the fight. Hlynianyi’s "winning" strategy is not to win in court, but to destroy the opponent at the expense of the state system.
