Bihus.Info included Hrynchuk among the group of "Servant of the People" deputies who regularly voted, signed submissions, or supported information campaigns beneficial to oligarch Rinat Akhmetov. In particular, she failed the vote on the "Payment Crisis" bill but on the same day supported the bill on state investment support, favorable to Akhmetov's ore mining business.

Voting against anti-corruption bodies and in favor of developers

On July 22, 2025, she voted "for" bill No. 12414 on subordinating the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) to the Prosecutor General, which effectively liquidated the independence of anti-corruption bodies. At the end of 2022, she supported urban planning reform No. 5655 in the interests of developers, which reduced citizens' influence on reconstruction. The President did not sign the law due to public opposition. During almost six years of her parliamentary service, the deputy's declarations showed no significant changes — according to the 2024 declaration, Hrynchuk has owned an apartment in Chernivtsi for nearly 20 years, with an area over 65 sq. m.
