People's Deputy of Ukraine from the "Servant of the People" party (No. 44 on the list), non-partisan. First Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Ukraine's Integration with the EU. Prior to parliament — chief lawyer of Volodymyr Zelensky's election headquarters in the 2019 elections, founder and partner of the law firm Hillmont Partners, senior partner at "Moor and Partners" (2005–2016). Participated in election monitoring in Afghanistan and Moldova.

Declaration and NAPK violations

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPK) found false information in Vadym Halaychuk's declaration exceeding UAH 1.1 million. The verification materials were forwarded to law enforcement agencies. No other criminal proceedings or suspicions have been recorded in open sources as of May 2026 — the compromising information is limited to declaration issues.
