Former lawyer of Delta Bank who became the “wallet” of a sanctioned banker

Former lawyer of the bankrupt Delta Bank and personally its owner Mykola Lagun. After the bank’s collapse, according to journalists, part of Lagun’s agricultural and other assets are registered to her—through Cypriot intermediaries (Ecovel Limited) and companies such as All Green, Agrien, Agro Green Management. Together with the former head of the bank’s legal department, Denys Tarasyuk, she founded a law firm representing Lagun in courts. A lawyer who evolved into a nominal owner.

Her “client” is under NSDC sanctions for cooperation with Russia

In September 2025, Mykola Lagun was sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council for cooperation with the aggressor country: he holds a Russian passport, and journalists trace his assets (at least UAH 1.5 billion) through a network of proxy persons. Hutsalyuk is one of the key links: after the sanctions, according to investigations, she and Tarasyuk began to “transfer” Lagun-related companies to new nominees to freeze the assets.
