151 million UAH in cash — 1.5 tons of banknotes
In 2013, declared an income of 20 million UAH of unknown origin — despite having held government positions his entire life and never being engaged in business. NABU: suspicion regarding 8 hectares of land in Kyiv

Undermining e-declaration and voting against restoring the register
Isayenko is one of 47 MPs who submitted a petition to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which in 2020 effectively blocked the e-declaration system in Ukraine. Did not vote for restoring the open register of declarations after it was closed. On July 22, 2025, voted for Law No. 12414 on subordinating NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General.
