Hotels in occupied Crimea, ties to the FSB, and Zelensky's sanctions
Antikor has repeatedly published investigations about Yutkin's connections with notorious Russians and his attempts to conceal his KGB past by placing pseudo-patriotic articles against the occupiers in the press. After 2014, Yutkin remained co-owner of two hotels in occupied Crimea; according to official Russian registries, at least one of them is still registered to him. He is also listed as a participant in the Russian LLC "MORSKOY." On December 23, 2023, Zelensky signed Decree No. 851/2023: full cessation of trade operations, freezing of assets, prohibition from participating in privatization and acquisition of land plots were applied to Yutkin. His son Anton became known for involvement in a scandalous video where Kyiv "privileged youths" blocked traffic and sang songs supporting the Kremlin.
