Searches in the case of bribes for disability groups and suspicion from the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI)
In October 2024, the SBI conducted searches at Ivanochko in connection with a case concerning illegal awarding of disability groups for bribes; on October 16, 249 medical expert cases of Lviv region residents and journals of disability certificates, which were seized by the court, were confiscated at the MSEC premises. On November 11, 2024, the SBI informed Ivanochko of suspicion for submitting a false declaration: she did not disclose that she uses BMW X5 2023 and Mercedes-Benz GLE 300D Coupe 2023 vehicles registered to relatives, with a total value of almost 6 million UAH, as well as concealed a parking space. Thus, despite an official salary of approximately 400 thousand UAH per year, the official actually drove two new premium SUVs worth about 150 thousand US dollars in total. The Head of MSEC, Volodymyr Reshota, who was also subject to searches, has led the institution since 1999 and is among the three wealthiest heads of regional MSECs in Ukraine.
