A young official from Darnytsia who quickly rose to lead the Kyiv Regional State Administration

An international economist (born 1990, Kyiv), Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor at the National Academy of Public Administration. He built his career in the Darnytsia District Administration of Kyiv: from chief specialist (2013) to head of staff, first deputy, and acting head of the district administration (2022). At the end of 2024, he became first deputy and then acting head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration; since March 24, 2025, he has been the head of the Kyiv Regional (Military) Administration (replacing Ruslan Kravchenko). Since June 2026, he has led the regional organization of "Servant of the People" party. Among his initiatives is the interceptor drone project "Clear Sky."

Critical regional media associate his rise with loyalty to Member of Parliament Lesia Zaburanna and closeness to former head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration (later Deputy Prime Minister) Oleksiy Kuleba. He is also attributed close relations with the "Epicenter" corporation, which invests extensively in Kyiv region.
