Khomutynnik Vitaliy Yuriyovych

Former shareholder of Galnaftogaz (OKKO)

Vitaliy Khomutynnik joined Galnaftogaz as a financial investor and held about 15% of the conglomerate's shares for a long time, after which he sold his stake for approximately $70 million. A People's Deputy from the Party of Regions for several convocations, he headed the Tax and Customs Policy Committee in the VI and VII convocations of parliament. On January 16, 2014, he voted for the "dictatorship laws" that significantly restricted citizens' rights and freedom of speech.

People's Deputy from the Party of Regions and Opposition Bloc

After 2014, he continued his political career in the Opposition Bloc. In 2015, Khomutynnik concealed and did not declare a private yacht and a Gulfstream G280 aircraft in offshore accounts, whose total value exceeded $40 million. The General Prosecutor's Office and the State Fiscal Service audited his declarations for the years 1998–2016. Khomutynnik was also a shareholder of Ukrnaftoburinnia along with Kolomoiskyi, Boholiubov, and Fuks. In 2023, the company's assets were transferred to the management of ARMA and the state company Ukrnafta.
