Kondrashov Oleksandr Mykolayovych

Career tax official who headed the fiscal service of Crimea — now involved in privatization

Born in 1974 in Kyiv. A quarter of a century in the tax service (1998–2023), then at the State Audit Service (Northern office in Chernihiv region), and from 2026 — head of the management department of the State Property Fund. State advisor of tax and customs affairs of the III rank, Doctor of Sciences, Professor. Until 2014, headed the Main Department of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, from where he evacuated after the annexation. He also had his own political project — the Party of Local Self-Government, from which he ran for mayor of Kyiv.

His sports federation was linked by media to "young men" who attacked activists

Kondrashov is a long-time president of the "Universal Fight" federation. Back in 2012, media reported that among the "titushky" involved in violent clashes opposing opposition activists, there were professional fighters from such martial arts associations. Kondrashov himself denied this, indignantly stating that his athletes "dream of champions' laurels, not the fame of street brawlers" — though in the same interview he calmly announced the team's trip to a championship in a Russian city. There are no official suspicions, but the shadow of "that very sport" still lingers.
