Law No. 12414, the "unexpected" exposure of Mindich's scheme and voting for anti-people reforms

In July 2025, supported bill No. 12414 — on subordinating NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General; the law was adopted with procedural violations, signed by Stefanchuk and Zelensky despite criticism from the EU and IMF. In December 2022, voted for urban planning reform No. 5655, which the EU twice urged to reject due to corruption risks. After the exposure of the "Midas" case, stated on air that the corruption scheme at Energoatom was an "unexpected" revelation for him; noted the "funny" nicknames of the participants — a comment that caused public outrage. No criminal proceedings have been initiated against him personally.
