Belarusian powers of attorney and the interest of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU)

According to the publication by "Novyi Format" (July 2026), Koziaeva certified a number of powers of attorney from Belarusian citizens under which their real estate in Ukraine was alienated; reportedly, the SBU opened a criminal case regarding the notary and accomplices and prevented the withdrawal of assets from under Ukrainian sanction legislation. Other media have not yet confirmed this information, and there are no reports of charges.

Career prospect

According to the same source, Viktor Dubovyk, General Director of the Legal Policy Directorate of the Office of the President, plans to appoint her to a managerial position in the anti-raiding department of the reorganized Ministry of Justice—making her candidacy a subject of public criticism.
