Kozemko Oleh Myronovych

Chairman of the Board (formerly Acting Head) of PJSC Centrenergo

Born on April 21, 1973, in the settlement of Dobrotvir, Lviv region. Graduated from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University (1995) and Lviv Polytechnic National University (2005). Advanced his career from assistant to the general director to top manager in the energy sector.

Involvement in Centrenergo scandals

Heads one of the key state-owned generating companies in the country (Trypilska, Zmiivska, Vuhlehirsk TES). In open sources, Kozemko personally has no suspicions, investigations, sanctions, or declaration anomalies. Recent corruption scandals involving Centrenergo (including a scheme revealed by the Security Service of Ukraine in July 2026 involving over 10 million UAH with old pipes presented as new for TES repairs) concern the head of one of the departments and private suppliers.
