Kozlenko Oleksandr Oleksandrovych

Kozlenko is a native of Kharkiv region and holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree. He worked for a long time in law enforcement and the judicial system in Kharkiv region, and in early February 2022 was officially appointed Director of the Mykolaiv Territorial Office of the State Bureau of Investigations.

Journalistic investigations

His figure attracted serious attention from investigative journalists in 2024–2025 due to family assets abroad and rapid enrichment during the war. According to official declarations, at the height of the full-scale invasion, Oleksandr Kozlenko acquired ownership of a large amount of property (a residential house, 2 passenger cars, 3 trucks, and 4 tractors), declaring it as "inheritance." His wife officially left Ukraine, registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) in Bulgaria, and even declared receiving financial charitable aid there, which caused significant public resonance and criticism in society. Additionally, registers contain information about the official’s longstanding alimony debt obligations.
