Journalists have repeatedly indicated Kozlovskyi's involvement in smuggling conducted at the Vynnyky factory. A separate scandal involved the construction of the "Emily Resort" complex around Vynnyky Lake: a football academy and hotel complex were built on the site of protective forest plantations and the coastal zone. Kozlovskyi also acquired several properties in the historic center of Lviv.
