New Minister of Economy from McKinsey, who declared UAH 11.3 million income in 2025 — and zero savings

A native of Boryspil district, master’s degree from KNEU (2005) and MBA from London Business School (2012). Worked nearly 15 years at McKinsey & Company, before appointment was managing partner of the Kyiv office. On July 16, 2026, the Verkhovna Rada appointed him Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in the government of Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi. He submitted his electronic declaration for 2025 on the day of his appointment.

"Zero savings"

Total income for 2025 — UAH 11.33 million: UAH 9.36 million salary at LLC "McKinsey and Company Ukraine," UAH 1.11 million in "additional benefits" from the same company, UAH 844.6 thousand contributions to non-state pension provision, and UAH 10.2 thousand in benefits from LLC "Digitum." Property includes an apartment of 113.6 sq. m and a parking space of 17.7 sq. m in Kyiv.

Despite the million-level income, Kravchenko did not report any bank savings, cash, cars, or valuables in the declaration. Hence the media conclusion (Antikor, "Ukrainian News"): in 2025 he effectively spent over UAH 10 million on living expenses for himself and his family, consuming all his salary and "additional benefits."
