Public criticism of Law No. 12414 as a "step towards a controlled state" — without corruption scandals

On July 23, 2025, Kryshtafovych publicly criticized the adoption of Law No. 12414, stating that "the vote regarding the NABU and SAP is a step towards a controlled state" — joining a broad coalition of critics from G7 embassies to Klitschko. No criminal proceedings, suspicions, or declarative violations have been recorded against him. Public activity is mainly focused at the regional level — Kyiv region — and on issues of local self-government and reforms. He is one of the younger deputies at the regional level.
